Our parties consist of 60 minutes of activities in the gym.

Our parties are very popular and can be booked up to 1-2 months in advance.

DETAILS

Booking a party rents you the entire gym with a dedicated coach to guide you through the entire 1-hour party.

Our parties are for ages 6 through 16 years old.

The participant group is limited to a maximum of 12 total participants, including the guest of honor and siblings (over 6 years old).

The party will begin in the main gym with a group warm up game. After warming up our coaches will introduce the obstacle course and climbing challenges available. We end with a team building parkour mission. We can adapt the experience to any birthday party theme for you and your kids (Minecraft, Ninja, Archery tag etc.)

Note: There is no time allotted for refreshments, since we do not have a party room, and no food or drinks are allowed in the gym. The entire hour will be spent engaged in fun movement in the gym.

The price includes a $50.00 non-refundable deposit, which will be charged at the time of reservation and retained by Movefree in the event of a cancellation. The balance of the party fee will be charged on the morning of the party.

HOST INFORMATION

The party host and guests are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes minutes before the start of the party. Movefree Academy requires a gym waiver for every child or teen participant and completion is mandatory prior to arriving for the party. There will be no opportunity to complete the waiver process at the gym on the day of the party. The waiver will be on your account under documents, after you create your profile. Lastly, please bring a good pair of shoes. We keep our shoes on in the gym during parkour and don't want you accidentally bringing flip flops thinking we'll provide you with $12 grippy socks upon arrival.
